Vitargo Gel 45 Grams

Vitargo is a high-quality carbohydrate with long molecular chains. The amylopectin is produced using a patented process that was designed in Sweden specifically for high-performance sports. Vitargo is now used in various sports such as triathlon, marathon and other endurance sport as well as in explosive strength and pure strength disciplines.

Carbohydrates play an important role as an energy source and should make up the majority of food, which means up to 50 percent or more of the total daily calorie intake, depending on the sport and the duration of the training. The brain actually relies on carbohydrates as its only source of energy.

Simple sugars or simple molecular structures such as maltodextrin, dextrose and/or sucrose increase blood sugar levels very quickly, but unlike long-chain sugars, they also cause them to fall again very quickly, which is not really ideal as it provokes a constant up and down.

Vitargo should be taken 2 days before physical exertion (competition or training). Of course, Vitargo can also be consumed during or after a competition to replace depleted carbohydrates.
